Dear Friend,
As being Freight forwarder, we have a good solutions for your enquiry.

If you have opend a L/C for importing of the cargo on FOB basis, FOB described as Free on Board. IN fob CONTRACT THE SHIPPER IS RESPONSIBLE TO CUSTOM CLEAR THE GOODS & Place the goods on Board. You only have to arrange the ocean freight, it is your responsiblity to select the carrier, to negotiate the best ocean freight & mention the carrier's name or freight forwarder's name in the L/C whih bound to the shipper to load on that carrier or his agent.

If you have put a clause that teh following documents must be arranged from the shipper via banking channel.

Bill of lading stating freight collect
invoice
packing list
certificate of origin
plus plus....if any

Then your shipper must have to collect all the required documents from the concerned authority, even HE OR SHE MUST HAVE TO COLLECT THE BL from your nomionated carrire's or his agent office.

It is your understanding, how to pay the freight amount either at origin or destination.

Now we (Freight forwarders) have made the things much easy.

We can act on your behalf even we can offer you ex-works arrangements etc.

Best regards
Bashir

It is very easy, You just have to appiond a shipping company to stuff the container. At the time of the stuffing you can pay the balance or the full amount to the manufacturer and the shiping company will have the B/L under there control and will relice it to you. It will make you the confirmation

Dear sir,

Ask for the origin certificate and the Shipping bill copy from your seller which he has to produce from the customs this cannot be produced unless your cargo has reached the port and which has to be cleared by the customs officials that the goods are to be exported in which the buyer name too will be mentioned.
