I speak with the boss Alibaby. I see, that Strit the Smart attaches its photos in Alibaba. Please give your best true advice to me as am very confused.

I ask main computer Engineer from my factory about this business of a photo. The engineer speaks me, that it is very easy to place pictures in Alibaba. I also ask my secretary. The engineer and the secretary have the big discussion. The secretary informs me, that it is wrong to place pictures in Alibaba. The engineer speaks me, that it by way of ok.

Please inform, what the SECRETARY IS CORRECT OR THE ENGINEER CORRECT?

I have many thousand photos of my beautiful country from on all extent of Russia and also from northern China and beautiful ice city of Harbin in China where I continue ski holiday. Pictures of the big Siberian railway as the railway in Tibet in themes in Alibaba also can as Smart Strit to do.

Grigo...

LOL, well I doubt that Vadim is Jack Ma.  Highly doubt it.  From what I've read about Vadim, he is located in Russia.  Now, obviously that may not be true... but I doubt that Jack Ma would have the time or inclination to try to impersonate a Russian exporter.

But maybe this is not what you were trying to say?  I also doubt that you would think that Mr. Ma would do it.

Replying to [tworiverstradingco]: His behaviour and attitude is a Alibaba CEO wannabe.

How true is the report of post Soviet behaviour that more people are turning to alcoholism for an escape from reality.

In Moscow we name your attitude " the Syndrome of Napoleon ".

Napoleon Bonaparte have psychological need to hurt people to compensate for his small height.

I recommend little Strit the Smart see the psychoanalyst. [em19]

Replying to [Aussie]: The cause of slowdown in the bandwidth is due to heavy uploading of pictures graphics.

This can be due to the bigger avartas size for example JeddahProjects has 87436 bytes size on his, and those with animations have even more byte sizes. The system has slowed down recently, and one of the likely suspect is the size of the website graphics,

I have deleted all the links to my own site, simply by erasing all the files at the other end of the link, and I have yet to do the rest, but just an hour ago, I realised the system slowed down to a crawl again. This shows that the graphic links are not the root problem, it could be due to some worm viruses,

Could also be internet traffic in general, or problems with your ISP.
I have no problems with alibaba loading fast, EXCEPT when there were large graphics or pictures in postings.
I agree with aussie. ALL members should refrain from posting pictures, before alibaba BLOCK the posting of all graphic files, which means there goes our avatars.

Replying to [grigo]:

Let us do a test. Open the thread with the large avatar, now that the pictures are all removed. Check the upload time and compare this with others.

E.g. Jeddahprojects has big avatar in this thread below.
http://resources.alibaba.com/topic/20148/Where_is_the_highest_fountain_in_the_world_.htm

All the photographs posted were linked to the pictures in other websites. They are not uploaded, but only linked and so does not take down the bandwidth.

I believe the slowdown is due to the avatar which is no longer restricted to a fixed maximum size. This graphics is embedded in Alibaba site, which takes up space and increases the byte size of the Webpage, thus slowing down the uploading.

Browsers are intelligent, i.e. they remember the sites visited, record them in a History file. The first maiden visit usually takes longest time to upload all the elements, but subsequent visits are easier. Programmers for the website also place 'cookies' to spy on the browsers and make them more friendly towards those with the cookies.
