Ya, you can open a branch Office but it depends on the country where u want to open, because for opening a branch certain liabilties are there which has to be taken care of for expample licensing of the firm office, trade etc. etc. There are many govt. rules and regulations of the country where you will open the office so you have to confirm it and then carry on.
