Is internet the best way to promote and make a good sales?

Some company can get a good sales by internet, but anothers can get good sales too without website/ internet promote. Which one is good?

I think both them are necessary for foreign trade in present market. They can supplement each other. Internet trade is popular and has many advantages now, but it can't completely be instead of traditional trade method. For example, joining trade show and directly talking with clients that can bring cilents a direct feeling to your compandy and your products; Traditional trade promotes sales more easily than internet trade.

You are quite right,business via internet is hard and really takes times.You have to convince buyers you are serious in that line and your prices are competitive,you have to show all the certificates too.
You will never be palced any order untill clients pay you visit,right?

Replying to [davindo]: My view is use the internet to do the business is a better way than others because it just likes a international TV and everyone from all over the world can keep in touch with each other by internet tools. My company too.
