I am new comer in Alibaba, our company are not paid member, so some customers' contact information can not be seen, in this case, how to contact them? how to do the business in Alibaba for non-paid members, thanks.

Maybe do a search for Buyers who might be interested in your products.

Click on the yellow "For Sellers" box at the top of this page, and search for Buyers of your product.

I'm sorry, but as I know, only paid members can see the buyers' contact information and send inquiries to the buyers.

Please note that Chinese sellers are not currently offered international free membership.And the account you have registered is just a free buyer account,
thus you can only post buying information in this account.
