posting selling leads with a picture

when i try to post a selling lead with a picture it will not allow me to browse my pc to find the picture. how do i attach pictures from my pc

You have to create PRODUCTS first, and have them approved by Alibaba. The PRODUCT section is where yuou upload the photo... After that you make your Sell Leads and you use the photo from the PRODUCT in the Sell Lead.
