In my opinion,friendship is started from a simple enquiry.
When you receive an enquiry from a new customer ,do you quote them at once?
Once friendship is established ,business will seem easier .What do you do generally?

We have been the paid member of alibaba,but it not very effective as I thought before.
For any business done,enquiry is the first stage ,receive enquiries, review them and quote .Then buyers are always spending a period of time thinking about it,the price,the quality control,the service ,the credit standing,the communication skill and so on.The first two price and quality are considered the key factors,profit contribute a lot to their final decision.
I am not sure what is your most concern if you are the buyer,but price is simply a key.Is it right?Make your comments please.
