Firstly, as a major wholesaler, we have established sound and longterm business relationship with partners from all over the world! Although we may not be the best, we are always doing our best to improve so as to meet our precious partners satisfaction!
Sencondly, we have to point out that we have never illegally take away any sum of money from our partners!
Our company's mission is to do our best to meet the customers' needs and build longterm relationship with them , thus we can never afford to make any of them dissatisfied, let alone making them suffer such a loss!
Thirdly, if your friend had concluded business with us , and if he or she had suffered such a loss, could you pls offer us the contact meants of his or her, then we would be able to figure out the problem! Or it would becom not only a loss to your friend, but a greater greater one to us as well!
