How to change the company profile?

By some reason I need to change the content of the company frofile, but every time when i try to change it , the message error will show that i need to enter the product/service. in fact i have entered these content, but could not be submited.

My friend, I share your misery of the profile update challenge..
It doesn't accept English punctuation, it doesn't accept a UK Postcode in the correct format it fails to update and returns with all the old text back in place and the new words all lost.
But worst of all is the explaination that it gives for rejecting your updates. Insert English here - WTF?
Then it gets even worse if the update is rejected by the staff. Nobody could tell me what was wrong with it and they even had me changing my website in one of the many attempts to get it passed by admin. It turned out that they objected to my use of the blinky brand

1.Don't input any punctuation in the box.
2.Fill at least one of the two items for business range and demand box.
3.50 characters maximum for each box.
