Are letterheads an outdated mode of business communication for you?

Definately not.

Letterheads are an important part of any business, just like business cards etc.

Letterheads should be on all Invoices, Packing lists and other documents which a company issues.

Emails are essential but not replacing letterheads.
Any business correspondence may be using Emails, but when you go down to business, from issuing LOI and placing an order to deliver an offer and issuing invoices you will do it on the company letterhead.
Naturally the documents can be attached to the Email, but NOT just typed in the body of the Email as text...
I can say that without proper documents signed and sealed on company letterhead we will not even bother to reply to any inquiry.

E-mail is good for correspondence , but the letter heads cannot be even compared to e-mails..
The genuinity , the respect , these things comes with a letter head,
Contracts, packing slips, invoices cant be dreamt of without the letterheads.

Replying to [Aussie]: [em2][em2][em2] Wish I knew what a "Pommie" is! Well, anyways, I never do battle on a Sunday.

By-the-way, I really like your "Aussie" words and phrases. I saw some books on the subject on Amazon. I wasn't too impressed by any of them. Those books seemed too "stiff" or too formal. Not enough funny pictures.

I'd like write one and title it, "Aussie to da Max" ... [em2]
Maybe one day, with your help, WE can make money with it![em3]

I will enlighten you. A Pommie is australian slang for an Englishman.

It stems back from the early days when they were referred to as Pome (Prisoners of Mother England)
