Dear Friend, Just go to the Chamber of Commerce attached to Embassey of that country and ask for approval or visit the web site of Chamber of Commerce attached to Embassey of that country and ask for the official approval for that company.

If you need more explanation just ask me for more

Ask them how much money, they, their bank or somebody others need in advance, to make payments safe for wiring !
If they say, "we not need something like this and we pay by bank wire in advance" you should look what happens next !
Stating they need something, close the book !

Again from West African countries inquiries. Well, safe your precious time and energy.  Google and Due Diligence in " fraudwatchers.org " these companies prior answering to their inquiries.  If found suspicious, ignore them.  Only real and genuine buyers will request for your samples and pay for them before sending to you their Purchase Order.

I think you can get to know from your communication.

The real buyers know the product well, they take care about business terms, from their emails you can feel.

We have some experience with Nigeria customers.

If the contacts ask  for Proforma Invoice and Invitation at the beginning without know product further, we believe they are not the real buyers.

The real buyers in Nigeria is powerful, when we supply water bottling plants to our Nigerian customers, they usually arrange T/T in advance after inspection before shipment. The real buyers have the power.

I am Nigerian and seriously detest the fingers pointed at us generally.....So how do we verify that our goods would be supplied after we have sent the money? There are cheats everywhere.....The safest way not to get cheated is by having a middle man who lives in your supplier's country.....
