I have paid a company in china for some electrical goods, they are a gold supplier and trust pass member.
At first they said there were delays (customs etc) and now they are saying there is nothing they can do.

Is there anything i can do, I have informed Alibaba.

It is just as a plague, Chinese SCAMMERS are good at SCAMMING the good buyer.


I was scammed by YESHENG YU of address :108 DONGDU ROAD, XIAMEN, FUJIAN, ZIP CODE 361000, CHINA.  I sent Western Union


MTCN:2676442417, and it was collected but I was given a FAKE DHL tracking number 1804960006.

Ningbo scientz are rip-offs

Hello Lawyer He,

We are now at our wits end with the hassle we have received from Ningbo Scientz Biotechnology co., ltd. There Sales Manager Mr Zukang Wang went into talks with us in early July 09 and seemed very genuine with ISO's gold supplier status good website etc., We decided on a purchase of a sce - 440 egg incubator at the cost of $675usd which included delivery to our uk home address. We padi Via Western Union to Mr Zukang Wang (Mike) though Tesco Credit Card the full payment on 8th July. Within days he emailed us and had changed the goal posts that delivery was now to a UK port which was not feasible as costing would double for us. He has on numerous occasions promised in emails a full refund but this has never materialised.

We have found this very upsetting and especially when I am now 39 weeks pregnant this money would have come in handy for the new baby.

We are extremely annoyed at the attitude and treatment by this compnay who now refuse to reply to emails, trade manager chat etc.,

Any advise would be much appriecated. Also would it be worth our while hiring a debt collection agency?
