why some company do not willing to disclose their contact information?

hello! everyone! I'm the card manufacturer! and everyday i must browse the buyer's information for get the business possible !but I find that many of the buyer havn't tell me their contact information and the company profile! is it scammer? and some other buyer is more stranger, eg. one company is the card manufacturer too,and they post the buying lead enquiring for the card everyday. so ,I'm feel it' s vey funny! and can everyone tell me that why and what's
their purpose?

I doubt that these people are scammers. Scammers are people who try to rip you off.
They could be competitors just trying to get an idea of prices.
They could be individuals that just send out requests to many factories in the hope that something of interest will come in.
They could be legitimate customers who just find the information you provide not to their liking.
It is difficult to say.
What is clear is that legitimate customers will reply if they are interested in doing business with you.
The reason that they may not reveal their contact details is that they don't want you to know who they are, or they don't want you to contact them. Take the hint. If they wanted you to contact them then they would provide all of the information that you need for this purpose!

In my opinion,definitely some buying leads don't want to show their contact information.I think they have their reason,don't guess so much,please send email to them first.You know,the website itself also provide to make your choose,hide or disclose.

1)They are not the principal company that have the goods but are only acting as brokers and therefore they do not feel competent to reveal their identity.
2)The company may not be a legitimate company and may be simply fishing for information to communicate back to another company they were hired to gather that information for.
I believe if a company is legitimate and they are doing real business in the real world then it only seems proper to have the appropriate contact information disclosed. In this way other legitimate businesses can contact the company in an effort to do business. This makes sense to any intelligent business person.
