Why the Chinese employee change their work so frequently?
I have found here, the workers change their work so frequently. Why? Some work only for 2 months, some work for 6 months or only one Spring Festival to other Spring Festival. Why so?
Best answer will get the 50 MVPs.

Replying to [KILOIA]:Dear KIloia,
hehe, you are so interesting .
Maybe i can give you the answer.
I am sure what you saw is the young people who is under 30years old . And the job feild is oversee businsee.
I am tell you ,in the field of oversee buniess, most people are young ,they just graduate from school or just have worked for 2 or three years .Because in china foreign languages are spoken by most young people .only they are capable of this kind of job . And most people if they get their customer and have enough experience ,then they will have their own trading company . And in china the talent system is not as good enough ,the labor law does not work too much ,so many people change their jobs ,that is the another reason too. Understand ???

I mean to give some examples of salary in China for different jobs
(for example, a teacher has a salary of 90$, a secretary 100$, ...).
About your question, i agree with [tiago].
But I want to add that this problem (frequently change the place of work) is common in other countries too, usually at ages under 30.
It is the human nature which push young people to find a better job, a better future, new opportunities, more frequently then elder people. More than that, when you're young and do not have own family (wife and children), it's much easier to leave a place and search for a better one. This is what I noticed around.

Well , I thing the formost reason is they dont like their's boss , for my self , I changed 3 jobs in 2 years , first time I was a greenhand , lack experience , so I was fired by my boss !
second time because the company will moved to another city ,
Now this is my third company , after two month , I found the boss even dont know some basic rules for international trade , so I am not happy to work for him , but I donnot want leave , because I know you never be a real sales if you changed your job too frequently

There is a simple reason for that. Unlike in other countries, china pays more for work experience and diversity.
So if a chinese person changes jobs, mostlikely also in another field. Whenever they change, they take the experience and knowledge into the next company.
Usually one would think that they would restart at 0, but they don´t. Since now having different experiences, they always get a better position.

There are so many people and so many company,cut-throat competition, too much .
few company culture, and few professional ethics.
People difficult to find their sense of worth.
One word:confusion.
Donot worry about the job-hopping, every company face the same question, The key is to complete your company system.

I am a Chinese employee working in my 6th company and I graduated only 8 years ago.I can tell you my story.
I want to begin with Chinese education. In Chinese colleges, students just study from their teachers and books. They can not get actually professional training in a specific working case, they can not be offered some practical activities. Some of them even have no ideas of what things they must do in their coming works(Of course, all the problems are being solved). So after I graduated,I could barely get a job, I found my knowledge and skills were not concerned obviously enough with my expectant work.what could I do then? After about 35 days of keeping looking for a job,I knew I had to get work to survive, then I got my first job:An operator of a planar CNC machine. That job based on some geometrical and basic computer knowledges what I had learned in the high school.I knew this job was not the one I wanted to do as my whole career,I should get another one.How could I do this?Keeping on study was the right way. I had known what I needed to improve during the term of looking for my first job. So I did so.18 months later, when I was aware I could find a better job,I quit from that company.
My second job was an assistant design-engineer.More salary, better working condition and better prospects.I was very satisfied in a short term.On the other hand,I keeped on learning new knowledge too.One day I was informed I could get more reward if I had worked in a certain profession, the additional thing was I had to possess more and better skills. This information attracted me and I spent more time on study.
With the success in an interview,I got my third job.Of course, the job was in the field which I wanted to enter.later,I met a delicious girl who has become my wife by now.To show my love,I had spent more time on telling her how much I was loving her. Then I interrupted my study. On the day when both of us realized we should get married,I found I didn’t have money much enough to do this.Money, money, money…I needed you, where were you? After no reply of application for more salary,I quit again.
Then I got my fourth job.The fifth and sixth job is not on my initiative. The former is because of a recommendation by one of my friends. The latter is concerned to a headhunter’s flattery. Both of the companies offered better conditions.
Someone can say:”where’s your loyalty?”Yes,where is my loyalty,I had asked myself times to times. There is a Chinese saying which says:water runs down to where it is lower, man goes up to where it is upper.I think this is my explanation.
By now I cannot determine I won’t change my job yet.I am learning English. Though I had studied it for 6 years in school,I had to take this challenge again. My current job is seldom relevant to English language.Once I find my English skill is good enough and it can help me get more profits, what will you do?
By the way,I don’t need any MVPs.I came here to practice English only.If someone can tell me my mistakes which were made in above words,I will be more grateful.
good day
Jingore

It's an easy question. In the year of abundance are many gl in the field. In China, scores of new companies come into being every day and even a simple career is likely to be overvalued for better salary. What lucky gits Chinese are!
