Is it anyone known this USA company Minnies .

this buyer are asking us to sending the 11ctns of goods as they are order from us on last year by FEDEX.
and they have contacted their local FEDEX to collecting the goods by themselves at that time.
and of course.the shipper is our factory name.
Now the china Fedex have been told us that the payer have not paied the ocean freight unitl now.and it should be on our account.
we don't known why this happen ?
as they said they will paying the ocean freight on before.
now what should we do ?
we have sent mail to them. but we didn't hearing any news from them.
Is it they are like a cheater ?

Replying to [Stella Weng]: Stella, I was curious. Was the airway bill filled out correctly? On a Fedex Airway bill box 12 needs to be checked and filled out as Collect. If not checked FedEx would assume that payment was on your company account and bill you after the package had been delivered.
This seems to be a problem I've heard alot about especially with new companies and or new employee's in the shipping departments filling out airway bill's. There may have been a misunderstanding in the terms between both parties. I would review your emails back and forth to find if infact Ex-works was accepted or acknowledged by the buyer.

But how much they charges the customer we didn't known ?
