Do the same as I do.

1. Send them the details and information they asked for.

2. About a week later, send them another email asking if they have received the previous email.

3. About 1 month later, another email, just in case when your 1st email arrived, they might have been away on holidays.

4. If still no reply, forget it, move on to the next customer, who might require more of your time than this last one.

Replying to [Joyce_lau]: I do agree with grigo, do not send the customers multiple emails. If s/he is really want to do buz with you, they will contact you. What on earth is sending mulptiple emails to potencial customers.

Replying to [Joyce_lau]:[em1]Same to me,the customers inquired from many suppliers, and they choose the best price at last to have further talk,or sometimes they are middle agent, and they didn't get order from their customers sometimes..It is really a bad situation for the supplier.[em6]

First select the most potential customers to focus your attention,

Then arrange to send the info to them, communicate with them,

Through the letters you will recognize the real customers.

Replying to [Joyce_lau]: They do not reply you because they are not interested in your offer, or maybe they weren't interested since the beginning (somebody is just researching the market, or it's just your competitors). Anyway grigo's answer said it all, do not keep on wasting your time on them!
