We have been scammed. Now What?

Ok what steps can we do after we have been scammed? I know people out there have been losing hundreds and thousands of dollars but they can only post their story in a forum.
Is there a law enforcement that we can contact in China? Or simply we can only cry ourselves to sleep knowing that these people continues to steal money from other people every single day.

Well if you've been scammed, the best is to report to the local authorities.
They will be able to take appropriate action against the person, providing yuo have the evidence for it.

If you report this case to Int'l TrustPass Service Team of Alibaba contact : service@alibaba-inc.com
they should help you in this dispute with a Gold Member !
Provide them with all details you have and you will see something happens !
Perhaps they can arrange for you a conclusion, because nobody like, to have problems with paid members, that could at least, lead to a court order against the Gold Member !
Try this way first, the way involving the police and a laywer in China is long, hard and expensive !
