I still remember the first time I received an enquiry, I was quite excited.[em15]
But now, I have even no excited feeling when receiving enquiries.
In Chinese language, we say "wo kan kai le"[em11][em15]

Get a life you losers ... get some bloody ISO certified quality control systems into your factory production lines and get proper EN and UL Certificates for your products and learn the meaning of the word "marketing" (as distinct from "selling") ... and the sales orders will roll in.

Replying to [Aussie]:Aussie, you are right, quality is really very important for supplier.
But I think now, more and more supplier pay for alibaba and develop their business, but less and less buyers come here, this is also a fact for E-Business~~

Dear Aussie, thank you very much for your wonderful opinions.
Yes, you are right. Quality first.
But i think with quality, also need promotion, if no promotion,
who can know that you have good quality items.
No promotion, your good quality items just can be wait for buyer.
Yes, we have got ISO9001:2000, and gained " Adopting International Standard Product Marketing Certificate" issued by Fujian Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and China National Standard of the PRC.
And also really our quality is good, especially our excellent quality of shirts. Our workmanship also have been proved and praised by SGS Inspection of Shanghai.
But still it is difficult to develop new foreign business.
Anyway i believe hard working, improve our products, then as you say business roll in.

SO true Aussie.

The other thing I would mention is that Manufacturers, after introducing quality control, should GUARANTEE their products. In other words, if any products are defective they should be happy to replace the defective products.

If that was to happen, Buyers would JUMP to purchase such guaranteed goods.

However, a SMART Manufacturer would know that he would very rarely have to replace goods, IF he has a GOOD quality control system in place.

Thank you for your good idea. Yes, if defective products, the manufacturer should be make relevant compensation, it is manufacturer's duty. But of course, as a smart&good manufacturer they should try their best to control their quality, avoid any defective.
