Same thing happend to me , i sent sample of prayer cap to Nigeria , infact he did not ask me , before he asking me i send him free sample , after that no news from him.
after i contacted him he is starting to phone me , he is starting to demand from me more sample and gifts .

I found it is very fishy, and stoped contacing him.

I never believe in free samples... If pple asking for free samples. I look at them like they are beggars.  really.... cos 90% they will never buy.

So my policy, either potential customer pay for samples, else get lost.

I pay the sample charge, especially since I am a small business.  I want to show that I am trustworthy and am actually serious about doing business.

I have same situation with new customers from india I send free sample many time but there's no response after 6 month later I visit to india the same products which i send as free sample and this Auto wheel care, panini international, autogas-india this companies're make duplicate copies in india and selling in local market very low price please be care full with this frauds
