Fortunately for me I can still enjoy real fresh fruits that's left to grow practically by itself in the wild. A couple of acres of fruit plantation situated away from home on another plot, not a commercial venture, just a private land. No chemicals, no insecticides and what have you.
But still I guess the days are numbered because am not so sure the rain's not 'chemically' altered nowadays.
I still go to supermarkets though occassionally as it's convenient, but I do try to avoid all these strange-tasting 'fruits', especially the imported ones. Forget the shapes and colours of the modern fruits which can be deceptive, you know the original and real ones taste... well, so original...
