It's very simple,
Log on the http://www.cantonfair.org.cn/en/index.asp
go to the registeration column and register your company with complete details, they will send you E-Invitation letter before fair, That you have to bring for April-2007 fair and outside fair, you have to show that invitation, your name card, your passport they will make your badge and hand over to you.

Replying to [JMS wei]: The Canton Fair is not in February, its in April and October each and every year. You can register it online at any time by visiting their website . After registering the necessary information you will get informed by them with your passward. You can print your e invitaion card for the canton fair at your door step.
