Sometimes we don't know the meaning of the client said well, when I see he is on the line,I send the request to him to talk with him directly,but he refuses me. Since last one weak there seems to be some problem with the trade manager. when i click on the talk me now button the new window prompting to download trade manager is opened. But I alredy have the trade manager. so please look into the matter and do away with the problem.

You may rename or delete some files when you installed the TradeManager. Sometimes the problem is caused by browser problem on your computer if you use browser other than Internet Explorer or Netscape. Please uninstall the TradeManager and install it again. If the problem still exists, please directly contact our service team at alibaba@alibaba-inc.com for more help.
