Replying to [Admin]: You cannot tell the products are fakes because if the sellers / manufacturers are dishonest even they send you samples for approval but the actual goods can be different from what you have confirm.

One of the solution is to trade with Trustpass members & Gold suppliers in Alibaba because Alibaba has send vertification party to verify them. For example, to check what is the nautre business of that company, asking for company registeration no.,address, telephone, etc....

If you place an order from seller after everything have been confirmed, my advise is to arrange a physical inspection of goods in the factory before loading. At the initial stage, it will take a long time to start business with the person who you do not know but after a few round of orders. Both of you will build TRUST & CONFIDENT with each other.

Hopefully, I have answer you question.

Replying to [Admin]: Ask them if they are mirror image, or 3-7 Star quality,or factory variants. In my experiences, these are the fakes, and most companies will tell you if they are or not. Always be polite though. This may not always work, and Im not saying you wont get any dishonest people, but has worked always worked with me. Hope that helps. All the best.

Replying to [Admin]:You can't. You have to make a physical inspection of the factory before you place your order. Make sure the factory belongs to the company you are dealing with.

Otherwise, start with a sample then place small orders first until you can trust them. Most scamers do not have the patience to keep playing you for too long.

I never send TTs and always ask for a bank account number. NO one has responded once I ask for a bank account number.

I also look up the bussiness in the yellow pages. If it does not exist in the yellow pages, I don't do bussiness unless they agree to get paid after I inspect the good at my place.

If you want real brand name products you should go to the parent company and ask them where to purchase their products.

If you are looking for Nike shoes you must go to Nike. If you are looking for generic running shoes then get the generic shoes from anyone.

You need to define "fake" first because I'm sure we all have different points where something is considered a fake.

If you have a shoe that looks just like a Nike Shox shoe but doesn't have the Nike logo or Shox logo on it, is it a fake? In my humble opion, as long as they don't claim to be the brand name they can't be considered fake. If this is the case, all products not being sold by the brand name company (all authorized factories and distributors) that display the brand name on them are fakes.

It can get much deaper when you start to consider copywrite laws and patent laws in different countries. I'm not a lawyer, so this is where my answer ends.

Replying to [Admin]: The difference between a fake and a real can be compared to the difference between a real Tan that one gets from say going for an expensive holiday in say Cancun to the Tan one would get from going to the SunTan shop down the road.
The depth of the colour, shape, size may be the same but the wearer will not usually have a mindset to present the Fake for Real.
To the user the difference is purely psychological. The impact to the Brand holder is real when fakes start trading as real. They tend to have a loss of control on the market place with a consequent loss of Brand image. That is the reason the Brand holders are at war with the "Fakers" to keep the Psychology of the consumer to that of a "happy state"

well ask for certificates, to be manufactering real products you will need lience from the brands and you can ask for documents with stamps by the brands on them.

i have never ordered any but i made alot of enquirys, if they are selling fake products they will tell you there products are very high quality but not tell you if they are real or fake.

Replying to [Admin]: ask for samples. usually those who have confidense in their product saleability, will send samples, you pay for the sample and shipping most of the time, and will be ready to accept small amounts through credit cards and paypal, and other online payment forms.
If they're not willing to market themselves through samples, they'e afraid of being exposed, and I don't mean this in a bad way, maybe they're too good, and maybe they're too bad. here comes your turn to decide your gamble................

First of all, if you mean offering ?fake? products, you may stop this before thinking how to say they are ?fake?.

If you mean, in case if you face with ?fake products? in your order, you may directly say that ?products are fake? and you may also announce the name of the trader who has made this ?dirty trick? to you.

Sure, even in this second case, you must be sure that you did not know / it was not able to understand / samples were true before this trade.
