Replying to [Admin]:As a company we sell alot of products and services in Bulk, along with our investment programs, we are a prime target for every scam artist in Africa. But, it easy to check them and takes us three minutes and we know the truth, if there good or bad, dont bother replying to the emails just phone the trade mission at your local embassy and they are very happy to help. Please dont miss trust everyone in Africa, we have very good business there, and if they are a genuine business they will understand you when you state you have resevations dealing with them, they know the problems in there country.... JUST BE CAREFUL

I believe there is not such country that is not trustworthy. In every country there are honest businessmen and conmen.

But when doing business with an African country, one should pay attention to the following:
1. Verify that the address exists.
2. Verify that the business is properly registered.
3. Make sure that the contact numbers are not just prepaid mobile phone numbers.
4. Wait until the money transfer arrives in you account before making any shipment.

I have been Benin and Togo, and made the mistake of not checking the above.
Once there, I realized;
1. The said address does not exist.
2. The company is not registered anywhere.
3. The phone number is a prepaid mobile phone, and the guy was not reachable.
4. But I was lucky not to have shipped any goods yet because although I received a copy of money transfer, my banker says that the money is not arriving...

Fellow honest businessmen, please do not make the same mistakes as I once did. I did not lose any money, but still... makes oneself very unconfortable...

Replying to [Admin]: Sorry to be of as bother. But Nigeria does not make the whole of African and scams related to them should not be applied as a whole.

Replying to [Admin]: I think the real trust worthy companies in Nigeria still work the conventional way of contacting by Fax and postal dept.

There is NO trustworthy country in the world. People lives there. There is no such thing. The same problem of trusting someone in Africa is the same problem in China, Europe, and all over. Money is nobody friend. Dont send these people your hard working money.
