Replying to [Admin]:Everyday i get messages jammed with fraudulent emails. As if I am in some kind of list of people to recieve messages. In my younger days, I would answer them and find that they was always wasting time wanting to know this and that and to fax this and that and to fedex this and that just to find in the end, after you sent all your personal information, that they want you to send some kind of fee in order to release funds. It only takes one time for me to learn to never do this again cause after they get funds they come up with exscuses as to why you should send more money until you finally say no more then they vanish with your money. Two years later, A check that I did not write is cashed for thousands of dollars. After investigations, I was able to trace cuplrit to another company in USA. A used computer store and when I explained that I never authorized the check they explained to me that a company out of nigeria contacted them saying that I was his associate working with them and he had already shipped goods. Then I thought back to the company in nigeria who I sent money to, thinking they was going to place million dollar order and I gave them my bank information thinking they was going to deposit. I also gave them other information that would make it easy for them to make a fake check. The items was shipped to the port and not to a specific address in nigeria so impossible to trace. Thank god the computer company made payment arrangments with me to pay back but they decided to never deal over internet again. I hear that they are so corrupt that the government is involved in these scams. I have learned to just delete them all and never answer them. About 99% of them comes from guess where? Nigeria, benin, TZ, togo, Ivory Coast. Even in alibaba, I get mesages of people who say they are from europe or china or someplace but they are really from one of the territories listed above. I do not know about other areas not mentioned above in Africa cause I never get inquiries, but if I do i will take them much more serious. I hate to sound ignorant but these are the facts of my personal experience. From my personal experience, about 99% of business in these areas are scams and if you are lucky enough to find that 1% then you found gold.

It is disheartening to read that people in this day and age will judge a whole race and continent by a few bad experiences. It is myopic to say there is no trust worthy business man/ woman in Africa. I am a successful African business man based in the UK www.kodeconcepts.co.uk and I have never cheated anybody to get by. I was recently cheated by LiMing Cai http://www.alibaba.com/company/0.html?memberid=cnnaitefootwearand another Duan Sara that was comfoting me after I lost $3800 to LiMing. I have never said Chinese people are all fraudulent 1 day. All you need is find the right company to partner with and manage a good relationship. Dont be greedy in looking for crazy offers and be true.

From what I learn from the Media I observe that there is a considerable risk involved in Trade relation with African Conutries.Even the UN Officilas and Red Cross people working there for the welfare of them face some difficulties. Take the Case of people in Congo and some other countries. There is a lack of adequate trainend Air Trafic Controllers to manage the Airports. People are taking a risk in travelling to some of the places.
I am of the considered opinion that Trade with African Countries are exposed to risks.

My wish for your kind is for history to judge between you and those you name names.
As you read this SG bank of France must have applied such sound advice from your likes.
Yes they did and they lost US$ 7.2 Billion to a single white man.
Should we call that a sacm event ? No of course we can not tag such as scam by any means as the culprit is not an African by any means.
I wish you all the luck in this world.
