Replying to [Admin]: This So Called website is a joke and should be taken down, there are very few honest suppliers on here and the supposed gold and trusted system is yet another joke that keeps the cash coming in for the so called honest owners of the site, stop wasting your money and find another way to make a living or use other sources than this, the sooner a government takes this rip off from doing anymore damage the better. Why trust anything when there is a DISCLAIMER for the lot. BIN this site and complain to your local trading standards.

I am having a problem regarding my order from china.I ordered play station 3 from a GOLD SELLER and i trusted only ALIBABA because ALIBABA mentioned it GOLD SELLER but unfortunatly i am not being entertained. I paid full money but first seller told me that the item was delivered at wrong address due to mistake and then he gave me another tracking number but it does not has any information on EMS web site. I even called him , srote him many e-mails but no response.[em4] i think there must be a proper system at ALIBABA so that people remain safe from these fraud sellers and look ALIBABA mentioned this seller GOLD SELLER.

http://yufengshop.en.alibaba.com..... this is the seller who is responsible for this shame.

what a shame !!!

we trust ALIBABA and in return ALIBABA must help us.

Thanks

There must be a feedback system for each seller like ebay so that buyers can trust them. otherwise it is complete loss of time money and energy browsing this web site.

In reply to Gian , what you have being told cannot be true or correct as the customs will have a receipt acknowledging that the goods in question have being confistated pending further enquiries. You will then know what happenned. Just trusting what the sellers telling you is rather stupid without any proof. If you are that simple and have $$$ to waste - then just send the monies to me and let me tell you that the goods are lost at sea..

Everything in China have a system and you can find a way of knowing if you are willing to spend time and effort. If NOT - the easy way is to get an agent to do your job for you. How do you think the big companies makes moneis from China - get acceptable quality products without problems.

Another thing is that many people are greedy and wants to buy extra cheap items like playstation etc. Come to think of it - how can they buy the item at 30% off or even at half-priced when it is all sold out in so many other countries. If you pay for the items based on "reasonable priced" then there should be no problems. Many scammer works on the principle of greed and super cheap goods which is not avaliable. Ask yourself that - if the item is priced reasonable , would you buy from someone whom you have no business dealing or from someone who you have. Most people want cheap without bothering to invest time in checking and be lured into super cheap deals. I would ask that all of you be careful - check out by visiting the factory or company and payment terms are by Letter of Credit . I won't even recommend T/T . W/U , etc - all the other ways which you have no way of checking where your monies went and to whom espically if you are working first time with them.

AT the end of the day , maybe we should also ask - the problems of buyers from abroad and asked the same questions as above. Overall , do be careful and be businesslike in all your dealing - not to be greedy and look for an extra good deal. If it sounds too good to be true - it probably is too good to be true and stay away.. Hopes this advise can prevent a few of you from being scammed of your hard earned monies.

I have been trying for weeks to find a suplier of AUTHENTIC, GENUINE designer bags. I know I will have to pay more for them than for knockoffs, but it has been difficult trying to find a reputable wholesaler of the "real deal." How is it possible for manufacturers of fakes, complete with "authentication and controlloto cards", and even serial numbers to sell online as if nothing is wrong or illegal???

HELLO!!!! IT'S ILLEGAL TO SELL FAKE DESIGNER PRODUCTS!!!!!

How are these companies being allowed to take everyone's money??? Is Alibaba visiting their factories and fining them or attempting to get them shut down for their blatent illegal operations? Of course not! If they are willing and able to send in their 600.00 for a Trust Pass authorization, who dosen't want their money? There is no control. Even if a supplier is shut down, they will just start up again under a new name, ready to scam us again...

Replying to [Admin]:Who are your suppliers? You must have had inside information about good suppliers. I dealt with two, and both are fraudsters. Hongkong Jiaming Trade and Topnotch Wholesale, Inc. are the two thieves.

I would like to know who your supplies are so I can try their honesty. Right now, I have had 100% no-success in dealing with Chineese suppliers. How do you measure the rest of them? May be the same.[em1][em1][em1][em1][em1][em2][em1]

Replying to [Admin]: Last year I found a company when I did an internet search for sungl . I was very hesitant but felt the company was legitimate. I wired the money and within one month I received my sungl in perfect condition. It was wonderful.
This past month I attempted to order some jewelry, (first time using Alibaba) from a Gold Supplier/TrustPass member on Alibaba and fortunately found out through a wire transfer bank "trace" that the money was being held at the Bank of China because the information sent to me was for a personal bank account and not the company that I was supposed to be doing business with. So when I wrote to the rep of this "company" about this, I was told that because the amount was so small, the money was to go into his "boss's" personal account. I was fortunate, because my bank requested the money back and I got it back. I only lost the wire transfer fees. Now, if I can find a legitimate company ON MY OWN by searching and researching, and have good results, and then go on Alibaba and see Gold Supplier and TrustPass and all the other glorious labels, only to find out they are fraudulent, WHY WOULD I USE ALIBABA? My answer is I WON'T.
