Replying to [Admin]: JUST DONT KNOW WHO TO TRUST
i just wasted my US$1400 to a FRAUD company www.gtintl.com headed by john lin (not sure if he even exist).
bank transfer has no protection for buyers. once they have our money THATS IT. especially like what happened to me. under John Lin instructions payment was made to an account of a third person. this made it difficult to link him directly.
PAYPAL would be the best option.....

Replying to [Admin]:We have been dealing with chinese companies since 2000 and we do not have problems with any of them, only once we ahd a major problem, the supplier supplied us inferior quality goods + he only sent us 20 % of the ordered goods and was not responiding at all, and we visit China atleast 6 times a year and we paid him a visit, (actually he did not know, that we visit regularly) he was taken back on seeing us and paid the balance amount instantly.

Hi twice I have lost money nearly $4000 because sellers will only accept Western Union of T/T these are not secure or safe payments as you cannot get your money back if you do not receive the goods, it would seem that suppliers know, this even Gold members and they take advantage of this, and how legitimate are they when they reply to your emails at 3am in the morning.

I look forward to hearing from any one who can tell how you trade safely in China.

1. They supply poor quality products
2. Their products are given higher prices compared to their quality.
3. They enjoy dealing with big companies and tend to ignore small companies.
4. Shipping conditions and charges are not favourable

You know,Gabby, I agree with what you wrote, with exception for the emails answered at 03.00 AM!!! I am in Asia, my customers are in Europe, and I work mainly at night ( asian time) in order to get voice contacts with them !

Replying to [Admin]: We are an inspection company located in Hong Kong owned and operated by US and UK citizens. We find and see the problems every day, and here's how we would summarize the situation:

China is the factory of the world, everyone knows that, including the Chinese themselves. The majority of problems we find are due to carelessness and oversight, not because any Chinese suppliers are trying to cheat or con their clients. Ofcourse, there are the odd scammers here and there, and this goes for any country, not just China.

If customer A is not willing to place an order next time, there's customer B, C and D already in line to place their order, so what if there's a broken edge or a scratched screen or even a few pieces short? <---- It's this type of attitude which is causing problems for the end buyers, and for which many clients come to us. When the mainland suppliers know you have a presence in HK or China, and your rep can come for an inspection at anytime, then the suppliers actually pay much more attention to the details which they normally overlook.

Being in this business, I can honestly conclude that chinese people are some of the most hard working people I have ever come across, but in the same way that you wouldn't trust your baby to just any babysitter, you should also closely monitor, guide and educate your suppliers in order to help support your future business with them.

Good luck [em19]
