Replying to [Admin]: The Business Environement seems really posionous these days! The mistrust and suspicion is rampent and mutuall. Everybody wants to deals and find new suppliers/customers but are utterly terrified of being caught out and having no redress through distant and unfamilair legal systems.
Some of these concerns relate to normal sharp practice, others relate to the blatent crooks fraudsters and general scam artists that ever more frequently infest the Internet.
The only way to try to mitigate these legitimate concerns is to recognise the limitations of the Internet and concede that small operators need to network with local Agents/Representatives. This ongoing face to face contact is what is so important, even more imprtnat than an initial visit, as it is the only way to reduce the level of risk down to normal commercial levels and to re-insert a degree of trust into the equation. It is afterall the way you would do things if you were dealing with a local supplier or customer.

Replying to [Admin]: For the most part. China has alot of very good companies. China along with almost all other countries have some bad companies practices. You simply need to research and get recommendations and references before working with any company. This should put a stop to the problems that could lay ahead and waiting for anyone that puts thier trust into anyone they talk to simply because they spoke with them on the phone. Or saw them one time.

1/it's up to what kind of good they supply, but in general is quality of goods. People around the world for many year believe that ! products in China always have lower quality than Japan or Usa (just give example)

FROM CHINA SUPPLIER PROBLEM IS BELOW-
1 -LANGUAGE PROBLEM
2-THEY ARE NOT TOO AWARE ABOUT L/C AND DOCUMENTS.
3-THAY MAKE MANY MISTAKES IN DOCUMENTS IF ITS MAKE IN ENGLISH.
4-THEY LIKE TT ONLY AND THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY BUYER AFRAID TT.THEY ALWAYS THINK ONLY ABOUT THEIR SIDE ,THEY WANT BUYER GIVE THEM THOUSAND OF DOLLAR WITHOUT HESITATION BUT THEY WILL NOT GIVE EVEN 1 USD IN CREDIT.
5-SOMETIMES THEY AGREE IN SOME PRICE AND CONFIRMED WITH BUYER AFTER MAKE SALES CONTRACT MANY MISMATCH WITH BUYER AND AGAIN NEGO PRICE. EXAMPLE- PAYMENTS,PACKING, REQUIRED DOCUMENTS,SHIPMENT TIMES,LABEL,QUANTITY PER CONTAINERS ETC.AND I THINK THIS ALL MAKE LANGUAGE PROBLEM.
SO I SUGGEST CHINEASE SUPPLIERS ACCEPT 100% LC AT SIGHT AND GIVE CHANCE BUSINESS SAFELY FOR ALL.
AND FOR BUYER PLEASE BEFORE MAKE ANY DEAL CONFIRM ALL -EXAMPLE- YOUR REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, YOUR REQUIRED PRINT LABEL,BRAND,QUANITITY,SPECIFICATION,ALL DETAILS BEFORE MAKE DEAL AND OFCOURSE PAYMENTS METHOD AND MOST IMPORTANT C&F OR FOB.NOW MOST CHINA PRODUCTS NEED EXPORT LICENSE SO ASK SUPPLIER IF HE HAVE OR NOT?
HOPE I WILL GET SOME.

Replying to [Admin]: The best way to establish trust, would be to do a COD shipment to the actual Carrier, inspect the items and then complete the transaction. This is how I did it with my first purchase from an overseas vendor, they were more than willing to the arrangement. If you find a vendor that is not willing, then I would not be bothered. Trust goes both ways and this is a protection for all involved.

This is the biggest poblem is quality. Actually some supplier can change the quality after getting the full payment by cash or by western union etc they will change the product during the shipment with bad quality or some shipper can hold the shipment untill they send the own same items before the genuine one to down the marketing so this is also big problem foy buyer the other one can send the same item before his order in the local market and can demolished the market. i think this is biggest point to solve this before the shipment
