They are too greedy. Giving you the lowest quality of product while trying to get the highest margin of profit charging you as if it's a world class made by European standard. You know it, even the real and reliable suppliers. The bad ones just take your money and sends you thrash they dug up from the junk yard.

Replying to [Admin]:I am not the chinese but I think that it might be unfair to say what is problem of suppliers from China. Buyers always said the problem of China suppliers but mostly buyers still want to do business with them. The point is China is the largest sources of cheap products. There are many reliable and unrealiable suppliers. Almost buyers like to buy the cheap products. If the price is reasonable, I do not think that there is any problem. But some buyers make decision only the unreasonable cheapest price, I think that they might also be accepted the higher risk for the problem too.

Good and bad people exist any part in the world. Not only China.
The problem with China company now is they are very good in copying people's product and develop it into better outlook. But forget to emphasize in quality and reliability. Make short term money and find new customer again and again. The fish well, but never protect the fish.

In their mind, 90% of quality is good enough. Never strive to 100%.
getting new customer and loosing existing has been a calture, because there are plenty of customer queue for their products. Never strive for branding, quality and long term market control.

* Shipping price from same area for same qty of same product can e anywhere in the range from 100 to 900USD....
* Many many mistakes on packaging..like UBS instead of USB or Wundows or...
* Some suppliers think that 10RMB is 1 USD, others think it's 3USD :)

Replying to [Admin]: The very first time I tried to do business with a Chinese person, I got stung very badly. Itwas all rosy from the start - Introductions, friendly chit-chat etc and me, being so foolish and naive at the time ( 3 months ago) trusted them and agreed to do business with them. I fell for the trap, hook line and sinker and placed an order. Everything went pear-shaped from there. No response,no e-mails, no telephone, no Msn, no nothing. I tried and tried to contact them and after a few weeks, I got a reply that basically just laughed in my face about how I could be so stupid to trust someone over the internet just because they are from China. They told me I would never receive my money again and also congratulated me on finally figuring out that I has been scammed.

The person's website is still functional (www.qkqs.com) and they are loose, scamming innocent people as we don't understand the language and therefore cannot report them to the authorities. Their MSN address is : yourtheone888@yahoo.com.cn

Hopefully from my experience, you'll see that it's not always all rosy when dealing with suppliers from China. And I hope I can use this as a medium to appeal to someone to please help bring these people to justice.

Thanks

I've dealt with suppliers in China before. Depending on industry, some are reliable and some are not.

I've lost over US$90K because I trust too much on one supplier. Like some of the replies I've read. The first few shipments are according to specs and after that we might encounter problems. Sending back the goods from overseas to the supplier is not an option.

Good luck.

Our Customer from Germany says that,"There prices are cheap but the Quality is cheaper. Some Chinese companies dont accept small orders like 10,000 they talk about containers." As being a manufacturer of Soccer balls Quality means something to us. Once we tested the Our Footballs, Indias and chinas. We found Pakistan Quality of Match Balls number one and then Indias and counting china at number three would be poor becuase there match ball was like we use in Promotional balls.We are not just saying it because of the competition any one can take a test of that. Also once in an Exhibition in Hong Kong a person from Korea who was interested in Sports Wears told us that the stitchin in the Chinese wears is over stitiched means a thread on a thread. There is an Advice for chinese that You got cheap labour but your not using it the Right way if you use it the right way and improve your quality in every Item than it would be hard compete you but i dont know when that day will come.

[em1] In my point if view most of people from third world country who just listen and go for every thing with out prior knowledge of doing a certain act/thing (e.g trade with Chines suppliers). so whenever any person not having complete knowledge about a certain procedure,will always be uncertain. and the probleb of non awareness due to language differences as most of time english language is used not known by many persons copmletely.All Which i said above leads towards the problems between Chines suppliers and buyers from other countries.[em18]
