Replying to [Admin]:The problem is, there are no suppliers in China on the Alibaba Site! There are only thieves. The suppliers cant be found. I have dealt with 2 different supposed suppliers, and have heard hundreds of storiesof other suppliers, all with different names, that are all scammers, i havent heard of 1 single honest supplier yet. You are asking what the problem is? Just read any of the forums, and you will have your answer. The only way to make money really on Alibaba is to get yourself a trust pass and steal from everyone you can until they shut you down, which they wont do because you pay them!!! Great scam! Wanna send me a couple thousand dollars for some Playstation 3 units? I will send you a hundred of them!, Just send me the money from Western Union.

There is a very relationship with the products price. Chinese factories and suppliers are too eager to got a order, even the price of the order is incredible low. When the price can not afford the cost based on the requirement of the order, they begin to cheat in the quality. They do not consider the result caused by bad quality, they do not consider how to make a longterm relationship. As a merchandiser and a QA in this business for years, I had know a lot of factory owners, they always belive that 'how the quality is depends on how the price is.' Generally, that is true, but there should be a minimum limitation. In another word, there should be a principle, but unfortunately, there is no such a principle.

But I'm glad to see there are more and more facotries begin to face those kind of questions. Some bigger ones are strictly choosing their buyers, choosing the price, choosing what acceptable quality they prefer to provide.

So a suggestion to buyer, never choose a cheapest price if you want to get resonable quality. Hold back your emotion when you saw those kind of prices, that always means some cheating on the quality. Big trouble is behind the price.

Hi, I have a big problem so far with two suppliers from China that I met online on Alibaba.

1st - I did two transactions with one supplier. They were small orders approx. $400 each. The orders did come; however, in obht instances the items ordered and what was sent were not 100% accurate. I got 2pcs. that were completely not what I ordered but was able to sell them so I did not make a fuss. I did mention it to the Supplier. Then I doubled on my third order and they completely screwed me over. I order handbags and sungl . What I received in this order was a box full of what I will call "old" dirty inventory. You could tell the items were things they could not sell. When I contacted the Seller (Zhengmao Company) to tell them about how incorrect the order was - they did not respond. About 1 week later I got a IM from my contact at that company and she said she did not understand what I was talking about. So I asked for a return address so I could send the items back. So far I can't get them to respond.

The next problem (scam) I encountered was just prior to Christmas. I ordered 10 iPod Nanos from a source (screen name PS33) here on Alibaba. I chatted with and thought I had great repore with the girl that identified herself as "Mimi" and told me she was working for the company while she was a University student. She definately played the role well until I sent my payment of $900 via Western Union. Then almost immediately after her tone changed. She started to say things like she hear he boss is a cheat and that she "hopes" he sends my order. Of course this made me very nervous. I kept requesting a tracking number - which was given to me. But that tracking number never showed up in EPS system. They kept telling me that they would ship but it never did. So I lost out on $900 dollars from this company (JinYu Digital Plaza Co.,Ltd). These people are 100% pure con artist. They even had a TRUSTPASS Profile!

link upper address, it is talk about this company.
This company is located in Fijian province. As I know, Fijian province do not have those kind of goods like mp3, laptops, mp4, etc..
What popular products in there is shoes, apparel, garment etc..
This province also generate most part of illegal immigrations,
    80% of swindler .
In China, a bank account should be registered by real name and ID card, but I think they must registered by fake ID card. So, tracking from money transmit way is not useful.
I believe you have not contract with them, so a important evidence is also lack.
Even you can testify that you had transmitted money to them, but if the company is still there, have not run away yet. In legally, this single case can only be regarded as a business dissension, but not a business fraud.
The only way is that all victims combinetype in name of this company in google, you can find a lot of cases and make a formal appealing to Chinese consulate, and ask for help from Alibaba, a group of cases can cause a sentence about business fraud upon this company. Maybe that will work.
Contact with alibaba: Click the "help" button on the right upper position of your screen, then click "contact us" , and tell alibaba what you got from their trustpass member. Alibaba should take responsibility for reputation of their trustpass brand.
