Safe to Purchase from non-gold supplier and non trust pass member ??

I wonder those companies without gold supplier certificate and trust pass members are safe to deal with or not ?? can anyone tell me ?? thanks !

Replying to [Mong]: It is NOT save if the members are not verified or deny verification proof. Make sure, when you dealing with a free member, you both agree on the safest payment and shipping method (like L/C, bank verification, etc.).
Unless the free member want T/T or cash in advance.
Sofar, as a buyer, I was not able to buy with agreement on save purchase and delivery. As soon as I mention L/C or PayPal and ask for verification then they run off like crazy monkies!!!![[em2]](http://img.alibaba.com/images/eng/style/icon/emoticons_laugh.gif)
I am starting to blieve that the Gold Supplier and Trust-PASS suppliers do not have what I want to buy and all other free member suppliers are all scammers.
So, be careful out there,it is a mad-house and people will try to scamm you, because they know that at alibaba.com they can do it and can get away with it and they will try it again and again, and ALIBABA will only watch how the scammers take your money.

Replying to [Mong]: trustpass is just another membership. There is no guarantee that a trustpass member / gold supplier will not cheat you.

As someone who is continually asking mself this question - my answer is .... you just dont know!! As has been stated , you have to do your research -- on everyone , Gold , silver, members or Free.
I dont believe that ALL free members are not true, anymore than I believe that all "trusted" members - can be trusted!
Again, Anyone who really wants to scam you will pay the price for the membership and scam Alibaba to do it - it wouldnt be that hard - or indeed expensive , when you consider the money they could make with the "trustpass" badge on their jacket,
So..to sum up... you have to do your homework - on everyone!!!
