Apparently free samples are not acceptable for many products, esp for some expensive ones. I remember one of Chinese shoe manufacturers said that their cost for sampling is around 10000 USD per year. Can you imagine that? It's still growing owing to the higher cost of raw materials in China. So I do not support free samples for any product worldwide.

Replying to [Usama El Kady]:Every manufactory have a lot of customer, if the product do not have big amount, such as under usd1.00, it can be sent free. If it is expensive, then need to charge. And if you are the older customer and have placed order before, manufactory can send free sample. Any new customer who really want to business should not mind to pay sample charge.
