Replying to [OnTheGo]: It is better to have a website, I am used to sourcing suppliers for client, when I give them supplier list, I like to give the one who have website, because in their website, customer could see the picture of products, so that he can tell the model and ask the supplier to quote the price. this is one reason I think to have a website

Agree with all the above replies and would just like to add this bit from the creator of Yahoo :
"To have a perfect website and not advertise it is the same as having a wonderful outdoor in your basement"
The thing is, your website has to be easy to surf and well designed, BUT, you have to make sure it is advertised along with your company's other advertisements, included in the mkt plans for advertising and available in the most important search engines on the net..otherwise the performance will be minimized ;)

In this internet age..world is too small and all businesses are global..and if your business is global then having website is must.
website is like your show window for 24 hours.
