I think there are mainyly two modes of garments trading.
The first one is: the buyer supplly the original sample or style sketch, fabric spec, accy spec, size spec , size assortments and so on. The factory only manufacture them accoding to the requirements of the clients. If you belong to this buyer, I suggest you contact the bigger garments factory in north. Usually, they could supply you the products with lowest price, good quality and in-time delivery.
The second one is : The seller supply the good style garments or good design. They will manufacture if the clients choose some of these. if you bolong to this type buyer, you may choose the trade company or big manufactures.
If you need buy a lot types of garments, and you would like to save time and energy, the best choice is to contact a big trade company. Of course, the price is higher.
How to do well? It mainly deponds on your choice and need.
