We should ask for paying first, and rebate through the order.[em10]

Hello Member ,
Sample shoild not be charge but clients that need samples most arrenge with a currier services of his choice to pick up the samples from exporters,
Becouse some buyers will need samples after exporter send samples and paid the currier service , the buyer will not reply to the exporter again ,
But if exporter give a free samples to buyer and if buyer arrenge with acurrier services to pick the samples defnatly the buyer will reply the exporter,
I wish every member a happy business freandship stay,

I think sample should be free but the the shape or size of the sample should like a model of the product. and delivery charges should be free so that it could easily be marketed.

Thank you

i would choose charge the sample rather than give it for free.
How much can you give for a most valuable favorite product that is quiet expensive on your product lines. nor we can't predict the customer willingness to buy the product. I am not saying a full charge. you may set the charge nearly to its production cost or under profit margin, and delivery charge should be on the sample requester if the product is fully free.

but, back to the customer itself, be very caution to judge a potential customer rather than a free product lovers.

Our products are earphone for mp3,mobile phone and computer. The value of the product is not so expensive. To establish a new relationship, our company's policy is to offer free sample but the buyer should arrange the courier. It's workable by now.

Wish everybody have a nice weekend!

Replying to [Admin]: Since both parties (Seller & Buyer) are interested in doing business the cost should be borne by both of them.

Supplier should provide free of cost samples and buyer should pay for the courier / transport charges.

Yes We should offer samples for free of cost but we must ask for the shipping cost bear by buyer's. In this way if we are contributing our part by offering free samples, so buyer's also have to contribute his part by bearing the cost of shipping. This way we can also know the interest level of the buyer in our products and to do business with us. I hope my comments will be helpful to all of you. Thanks
