i apid for a sample in the middle of september and i was expecting to recieve it by next week, but ive just found that its been delayed again for a month, i dont know what to do, i asked for my money back but ther saying they cant as its not business like, but i dont want to wait another month, what can i do?

i think you should ask for another term of sample payment for your first order, maybe you could ask for paying the bill after you have some supported document from shipping agent when the product ready to be shipped.
