Distributor as the name suggests , has the function of distributing the goods.Distributor Comes first in line after the production and its his responsiblity to distribute the goods to the repective markets ...To the markets not to the actuall buyer...
Wholesaler , the term is very clear the organsiation which sellls the goods in bulk quantity....Wholesalers are next in line of distribution after distributors, is a super stockist is not invloved.....They sell to retailers....
An agent is a person who helps in buying and selling or products and work on his commission basis...He never has the physical stock, he just makes arrangement for the sale of goods...

Replying to [Admin]:distributor- who purchases items directly from manufacturers, where the wholesales purchases from distributors. the whole saler might be seller of more than one companies products. The agents mean who searches customer first and arranges the items from wholesaler, distributors or manufactures.[em20]
