2. basic market suggestion i.e. cultural & economical condition of the country
3. Advertisement & Promotional guideline
4. Licensing information or other formalities to be completed for entering in any country.

Replying to [Admin]:Various industry people have already come to know about Alibaba and have started using it to know suppliers and buyers etc., Hence when Alibaba has grown to such a stature, full transactions conducted through Alibaba will only be successful and will turn out to be a better deal for the involved parties. Hence Alibaba can become a full transaction platform.
If it is not going to opt for this decision then others with lesser contacts and spread will occupy the place.

I've eard some good opinions about this topic, and i must say that when i started to use alibaba i made myself the same question, but i'm sorry about my honesty, as i dont believe that alibaba is capable of making this thing working well, as the scams will always happen, and then who and how much time to resolve a legal problem?
You see, if alibaba has an escrow service, they'll have to respond to that questions, because the middle man is alibaba. Insatisfaction will lead to problems, maybe too big problems.
I think the future of alibaba is to:
a) take the chance to loose a lot of scam users;
b) get real and bet more in who wants to make real businness;
c) beeing the first ones to make fiction businness with some sellers, just to see if they are scammers, and throw them away;
d) and the most important to me, stop giving permission to free members to sell!!!!!!!!!!!! if you are a trustpass or gold supplier, then you have access to sell option, if not, you would just have access to buy posting. Simple?

Well, i just want to say that if you want to advance to other things, then start destroying whats already wrong.

In my opinon, the way Alibaba has expanded there capabilities in the Import-export field and also gained the trust, they can easily open Escrow services. Just to say that they already have the platform in www.alipay.com so it won't be hard at all for them to lay on and just work for it .

I see now. Didnt knew about alipay, so i can see your point of view and have to say that agree about the competence that alibaba might have for an escrow service.
I just wish that alibaba can solve any kind of problems that will come, with success and quickly.
