Replying to [Jingxia shi]: Always bear in mind that customers are of high demanding. They urged a lowest price for keen competition and for a higher mark-up profit. If you realize your offer price could not able to cover your cost or even to earn, then I suggest you rather not to process the order. This is of the most importance.Hope you would get an insight.

Replying to [Jingxia shi]:[em1] Stress the QUALITY of your product. Sure, MAYBE you can sell it for the price they want, however the quality will be lacking. Stress the RELIABILITY of your product. Sure, it might be obtainable at a cheaper price, but your product will stand up far better to others. YOU are looking for a LONG relationship with your potential clients, not a ONE shot deal! Suppliers and buyers have to be BOTH happy with the transaction. If you cannot come to agreeable terms with them, just suck it up and move on! Good Luck to YOU! [em20]

Replying to [Jingxia shi]:For the buyer, it's common practice, cause suppliers have too many competitors here but few buyers, so it becomes badly competitive, also there are many frauders here, they offer unbelievable price to the customer and this made the clients thought that the price still have much space. This's a common phenomenon for exporting nowdays in China.

Replying to [Jingxia shi]:HI
THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMENTS .
WE HAVE NOW SENT OUT SAMPLES TO OVER 30 PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS WHO ALL AGREE THE PRODUCT IS FINE AND THE PRICE IS OK . HOWEVER WHEN THEY PLACE THE ORDER AND PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IT ALL GOES HORRIBLY WRONG. FIRST THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR A PAYMENT OF SOME KIND TO VALIDATE YOUR COMPANY WITH THEIR GOVERNMENT USUALY ABOUT £750.00 OR THEY WILL ASK YOU TO VISIT TO DO THE DEAL FACE TO FACE, "OH BY THE WAY COULD YOU BRING ME A MOBILE PHONE OR A LAP TOP AS A PRESENT", THIS IS ALL A LITTLE BIZARE OR AM I MISSING SOMETHING ?
