Salvador whether the idea for your company is a copy of escrow.com or not I don’t know and it does not seem to matter. It is okay to get inspiration from the ideas of others and develop those ideas. Perhaps had you presented your company here on this forum more honestly and perhaps had you answered questions more clearly and professionally then you could have one over customers. Instead you have gone another route, and that is a route that I don’t think instills confidence in users that your site is something that should be considered over escrow.com.

Salvador unlike yourself all of my contacts with you have been polite and non-accusatory. I have asked some simple questions and have received in return a lot of text from you and your colleagues but no real answers. It is clear to me that this is your companies way of avoiding answering specific questions that you realize may be unfavorable to you.

I have not seen anyone asking you to reveal confidential strategy about your business, but instead legitimate enquiries for further information about your licence status and your opertaing procedures as far as they pertain to realizing your promises of ultimate protection for buyers in China.

And I certainly do not have a problem supporting a small start up or a legitimate business that is out there to do a good job.

My problem with your company is that as far as I can tell you over promise. I see a lot of ambiguity in the information that you give here and on your website and my questions to try to understand your company and your services have been returned with anger and avoidance rather than professionalism and customer service. To me that is a huge failing of your service as we can all get attitude from suppliers as it is we certainly don’t need it from the company that we pay to help protect us from bad suppliers.

My recommendation is that you and Sally have a talk about the points raised here and questions asked. Formulate some useful, specific, and honest answers, and then come back here to see if you can win us all over.

Even as a newer member of Alibaba, I can see the fake hype around Magbaza. I was searching for options other than T/T or WU and read the threads on Magbaza.

Professional, legitimate companies don't respond to questions asked by curious potential customers with sarcastic, condesending, childish rude remarks. If Magbaza is actually a legitimate company, the member named Salvador has probably lost any future customers that read this forum. Avoiding questions and spitting venomous remarks rather than professionally answering any questions has killed your credability in my eyes. Sorry, but to me as an outsider, it looks like a scam.

I am currently looking at options to do business with companies that do not accept paypal, but most consumers aren't going to trust a company that only will say over and over that they have a bank account and a website. The fake endorsements hurt you more than they helped also. Any other questions were avoided and angry responses and accusations of bigotry were given instead of establishing legitimacy. SOUNDS AWFUL FISHY TO ME.

If I were the owner of Magbaza, I would fire Salvador, try to get all these threads and responses deleted and start a major campaign to repair the company reputation as soon as possible. just my 2 cents.

A company comes to this forum to promote itself here but then refuses to answer any legitimate questions asked of it. I had mixed feelings about the company in the beginning and thought that perhaps it had potential as a local rival for escrow.com.

I was wrong. My advice for people seeking such a service would be to stick with escrow.com. At least they answer questions!

You say I have no certification.  What certification do you think I need?  Im not the one claiming to have an escrow business.  IM not the one who has employees impersonating customers.  I know you think you are smarter than everyone else  ie."SmartBrainMore"
