a. Type of industry, and category i.e. Manufacturer, Trading or Agents.
b. Province, City and Street Address. Phone and Fax. numbers.
c. Paid up capital, authorized capital and starting date.
d. Names of CEO, Secretary and Manager.
3. Credit ratings of the companies in China.
4. World wide listings.
5. Brand names and their manufacturing bases.

Honestly, business today is much more dynamic. Every thing matters, infact everything matters a lot. You can not neglect anything but out of the options, I selected import/export taxes. This is vital for buyers and suppliers, you must know and be informed as different countries have different taxes placed. This can really make you think regarding your price.
