How we can know the custom fees for any Products (to clear them from custom) before we decide to import.

call you customs in you country, they will exactly tell you which item has which custom tax.

You go through your countries customs website and find teh details.
Normaly feed details will not be there. You can contact teh customs at China and get the
details
