I do think the most safe way of receive payment is to use alipay. Or receive the 30%-50% payment before production, then, the balance of payment be paid before ship. Of course this is for small business, if it is a big business, I am not sure what kind of payment is safe, for we have be reject by clients even if all condition of L/C are correct before.

Only L/C .... all other are useful for swindlers
