SAFE PAYMENTS
Post 42 of 54
[em16] I agree that everybody has a chance to find the best offer or offer yourself , because there are really big difference in what You buy or what You sell; there are so cold hot items that they are payed 50% T/T prepay or 100% prepay or only L/C ; we cannot generate all the Goods under 1 line; there are so many different factors to define Products: Hot products: Seafood, Oil, Metals; Ordinary : fresh or frozen fruits/vegetables, paper, toys, building materials etc. Nowadays there are so many companies that can verify both sides eligibility , that you dont have to worry yourself, pay some extra money and have peace of mind letting professional does his/her job ;

I take it then you did not understand my meaning of your paraphrase. It means that only the buyer can decide through their own due diligence what is the safest form of payment for paying any company they choose to do business with. Personally, IM sure not going to have a seller tell me I can't use the payment method I want. If they are not willing to accept my payment terms they dont have to, but then I dont have to buy from them either. I'll just go down the line until someone does. Also, where are the added services to any group F shipping terms? The export tax, that is on the seller and should have been figured into the per unit price by the seller.

"we cannot differ big or small value of transaction in the term of safely payments. they are the same." Are you saying there is no difference in risk of a $1000.00 buy and a 1 million dollar buy? If anyone does a 1million dollar T/T payment to a company they dont know, they need their head examined or have more money than they know what to do with. Small companies make small buys and large companies larger buys each is entitled to the saftey in their respective transactions. No suppliers bank is going to issue a BG for $1000.00 but then if its 1 million dollars if the suppliers bank will not issue a BG, that shows a lack of trust by the suppliers own bank. Shouldn't there be a vehicle or a means for a small buyer to insure a safe transaction?, or would you say no?

Best regards,

Ranger

Hi there friends,

I am new to this whole trading industry, and I think I have made a fool of myself, I just need some advice, I am not even shure if I am on the right forum but anyway, I am about to open a Dirt Bike shop in Namibia and I came upon a couple of suppliers in Indonesia, I asked for a few Quotes on Yamaha Raptor 700 R SE 2008 models, and to make a long story short, I have paid my first 50% of the amount on the 01/08/08 VIA Wire transfere, my supplier states that he didn't recieve the first payment, I requested a tracer, the tracer confirmed that the money was credited to the suppliers account, I thought to wait a month maybe then the money will show up, but he still states that he didn't recieve any payment from me, so here I am, not shure what to do, I am desperate to get a supplier that can sell me dirt bikes, can't wait too long as I need to open my bike shop, so I contacted another supplier, paid the first 50% of the value to his account, he confirms that he recieved the payment, but this time he explaines that I must first pay the remaining 50% before he would send the order, he needs the second payment to help with the transport costs, so I paid the remaining money into his account on the 27/08/08 now he states that he did not recieve my last payment, again I have requested a tracer, I am still waiting for the tracer, is there anything else I can do, exept stop paying moey in to peoples accounts that are not trust worthy.  Please, any advice would be highley appreciated.

thanks in advance. PS: my mail adress: corned@iway.na   E-mail address deleted by iulianap

 I do agree with what you are saying the L/C is the best way, but do the Chinese companies agree to that to supply you with payment with L/C ........NONE

I have a problem with a company that i have already paid -in full- with T/T but since 1 month have not received anything from them  despite me complaining to ALILBABA.COM and if i have the chice i will name and shame this company

Hi every one,

I never bought  from this site before and yesterday I ask for some amount of items but seller contact me and told that I have to pay with W/U as they do not accept CC or xxxpal from US. He was agree to take 60% upfront and 40% when I receive order. I realy don't know what to think as I made phone call to the provided number in seller's profile and it is wrong number     :(    If I paid with W/U will I have any protection directly from this site?

Thank you

That's why I love Alibaba.com it's better than watching comedy on television. Here you guys are all debating on what is the best method of payment for your Clients, Customer's, Suppliers, Traders, Manufacturer's or "Whatever". You've discussed all types of payments from "TT" to "Direct Deposit". BUT.....You still have'nt discussed the safe one. Because you don't know. And you wonder why you still get ripped off. [em2] If you have to debate the subject, then you really don't have a clue as to the best payment and you deserve to get ripped off. I have been doing import and export for over 20 years as a sideline, not a main income, a sideline, and I laugh at most of the forums on this board.  I laugh at most of the moderators, 90% of them wouldn't have a clue. Yet the majority of people on this board accept the advice of someone with the word "moderator" after his name. PLEASE.......WAKE UP...and smell the coffee. Did I mention I have a rich African Prince Uncle who lives in the Congo, he maybe able to help you out with your payment methods, he's made other people rich, so he must know what he's doing. I'm not going to discuss the payments method on this forum, as is well known, this site is a haven for scammer's, pirates, leecher's, thiefs and god knows what else. Why your even discussing it on here is beyond me.

Go and buy from an Authorised I-Phone reseller or I-Phone store, save yourself a headache. Tell them how many you want, you may even get a discount. Or you can ignore my advice completely (I dont care) and get scammed like everyone else. Then you come back on to the "Alibaba.com Comedy Channel" and have a whinge about getting ripped off.
