I have friends who travel the World on business and they tell me graffiti is everywhere, even worse than it is here in the United States. I grew up as a very white Red Head in Kenya East Africa, where I listened and learned that many lands have different ways. I am trying to find out if graffiti considered something good in your area? I do not wish to remove graffiti because Investors consider it a liability, yet the true community embraces it?
