Replying to [xiangsh]:Hi,i think we are in the same rank,i also a newcomer in this filed, and here i want to present something about me.
By the way i am a boy,i found that the female is much more than male in this field and many employer also designate the female when they search the sales,i think this is unequal, here i want to know if the female have any shine points which male lack..
The emplorer dislike the newcomer who do not have enough experience just like me.Every experienced sales man is start their step from non-experience,so if you do not give them chance how should them be stronger.pls give your opinion about this,if you are a employer do you like bring up a new one for you or find a experienced one.
I have six monthes experience in this field and i have much feeling, when i first time to answer a call from abroad, when i first attend the fair to meet the customer face to face,i am very excited with a little worried. Now i think i am be more calm to handle it.
I think oral english is the most serious promlem for most of chinese, may be we can type easily in a mail but when we talk to customer face to face or by tell then we can not express our opinion clearely, when i first time to answer a call,i said i was worried and a bit excited so my brain is empty and i can not say a complete sentence just "sorry, pardon".Pls do not worried, you are ok,be calm.If so we can say something pass our brain first.
Everyone can do the international trade well EXCEPT the lazy man.

i have the same feeling with you! i have worked as businessman about two months. at last week, manager critisized me for not taking the initiative to work. furthermore, there is no client more than one months frombeing admitted to the company.
i feel so frustrated, and i really do not know the reason.
