Hello ,

AS a supplier, we all want to sell our products based on mutual trust between both the suppliers and the buyers. However there is no easy way or fixed one to follow.

What's your opinion, do you have any good suggestions to share with us?

Providing with the best service with your clients, including professional skill knowledge, resonable prices............that's simple.

It's takes time.[em1]

My opinion:

1) Be honest.  Always!  If you promise something, live up to it.  Never substitute inferior materials, unless you notify the customer first.   We will notice.

2) Be up-front.  If there is some delay or problem, let the customer know, before we have to ask why there is a delay.  We're much more understanding when you're upfront with us.

3) If you have not had prior business dealings, volunteer to use a well known Escrow service (such as Escrow.com) at their expense, if they do not feel comfortable wiring the money w/out any way to make sure you will live up to your end.

4) Dont bait & switch.

Communication.

Be available to the customer.

Be honest with the customer.

and communicate frequently with the customer about the order.

And in return more than likely they will understand and be more accommodating for you.

In my opinion, firstly we should have an thought that we are helping our client, not just to push our products to him; secondly, we should understand what the client want and give him some useful recommend, especialy when he make a wrong judgement for the goods.

All in all, do not just introduce your good, you'd better liston to the requirement from your clinet, and then help him to solve the problems.

In that way, I think , your clients maybe will trust you!

if you are a supplier make sure that they send you the full amount before postage. for them to have trust in you i advise you get Trustpass and offer them a safe method of payment, e.g "paypal"

i could sell your product for you if you want because we are  a big agent worldwide with no commision.
