Option to report scam letters in 'My Alibaba'
Post 1 of 4
Folks,

In the following link, My Alibaba > Inbox > Message Details, we have various options - Reply, Spam, Print this message and Delete. How about one more link and that would be Scam?

Here we can report various scam letters to Alibaba so that they can take the relevant action against such members.

What do you think? It would one more tool to make life difficult for the scammers.

If we report a message as Scam, Alibaba could go through the message and, if warranted, they could take action against the sender.

Thus, the members could become pro-active and help Alibaba in separating out the scammers from the spammers.

Thanks for your suggestion. Currently, if you receive any scam messages, you could click the "Spam" button to report, or you can directly copy and paste the whole message with the Sender's Name Card, and send it to our service team at alibaba@alibaba-inc.com.
