Be alert for a new phishing email!

Currently, Alibaba members are being targeted by a phishing email scam. Please do not follow the links in the email and do not enter your member ID and password on the phishing website. We have included a copy of the phishing email for your reference below.
Please do not submit your Alibaba account information to this website.
The following tips will help you protect your Alibaba account details and help you avoid being a victim of email fraud:
- Alibaba will never ask for your password or personal information in an email unless you contact us for your account problems.
- Alibaba emails always contain your personal Member ID at the bottom.
- Avoid filling out forms in any email that ask for sensitive information.
- Don't click on suspicious links, always type www.alibaba.com in your browser’s address bar and go to My Alibaba to check your account status. .
