As we all know.every company want to owned a long-term cooperator..But it is really not an easy thing to meet your will; The basic conditions are Honesty,Credit,Service.Except that, that is Good quality and Best Price. Business man always puts business on the first rank...So if which company can say that we have a customer who does business with us for over 50years..waaaaaaaaaaiii!!! That is really fantastic!!You are Great!!

So how many years have your customers goen with you??

Long term business is great and if you give good service to your customers/clients that's the best you can do, you need to have trust both ways and understand the business, new business will have many steps to get over and can be hard at first but if you can continue and get through these hard times you would only look back with a smile. We have one client from London ,UK who have been cooperated with us for more than 5 years already . Frankly speaking , when we met for the first time , he has a lot of concerns .But as time goes on ,we become good business partners here . It is easy to find a client but once you find , you will have to try all your best to maintain this client . Most importantly , be a honesty and quick reaction partner . Time will prove everything . Good luck !

I think that reliability is key to long term relationships. If you can actually do what you promise that you can do then you will find that customers appreciate being able to avoid the hassles of dealing with your competitors who are always making excuses as to why they failed to do something. Customers do not want to hear excuses as to why something couldn't be done - they want to hear that has been done!

I think long term cooperator based on trust each other first,
then quality & price, and service. If supplier can always keep these, then i think maybe long term cooperator is ok.
